Business Development Executive (SDR / Outbound)

CareerMust is seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive (SDR / Outbound) to join our remote team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads to support our AI-driven career growth platform, helping individuals make smarter career decisions in a competitive job market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build lead lists using tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn.
• Execute cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, targeting 100+ messages per day.
• Personalize outreach messages and follow-ups to engage potential clients effectively.
• Book demos and onboarding calls for the founder with interested prospects.
• Manage basic CRM tracking using Google Sheets or our internal system.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and regularly update lead status.
• Collect feedback from prospects and share valuable insights with the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies.
• Analyze outreach performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation tactics.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection professionally.
• Highly organized and process-driven with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment industry and its challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
