How we use information

We use this information to operate the JobsRoller platform, publish and manage jobs, process applications, support recruiter workflows, respond to support requests, and maintain platform safety and moderation.

AI-assisted workflows

When recruiters use paid AI features, JobsRoller may send relevant hiring context, application details, resume-derived profile data, and interview content to CareerMust affiliate services for processing. JobsRoller remains the recruiter-facing product, while CareerMust provides the AI execution layer for those enabled features.

Resumes and candidate data

Candidate resumes and related profile information are stored to support applications, recruiter review, and, where enabled, AI Signals and interview workflows. Recruiters are responsible for using applicant data lawfully and only for legitimate hiring purposes.

Data sharing and access

JobsRoller does not sell personal data. Access to platform data is limited to operational, moderation, support, and system administration needs, along with the external AI processing required for enabled recruiter features.

Data retention and security

We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect account and application data. Data may be retained for platform operation, compliance, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes.
