Key Responsibilities

• Write SEO-optimized blog posts on topics such as AI hiring, recruitment trends, and startup hiring.
• Optimize website pages to improve search engine rankings and enhance user experience.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content planning and strategy.
• Develop and implement backlink strategies through guest posting, directories, and outreach.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to improve domain authority and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketer to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication of articles.
• Engage with the audience through social media and other platforms to promote content.
• Own day-to-day delivery and performance for SEO & Content Specialist priorities.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in SEO and content marketing.
• Strong writing and research skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve content performance.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Experience in creating content that drives user engagement and conversions.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
