Graphic Designer & Content Creator

Metrics Corner is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Content Creator to develop engaging visual content for our E-Commerce focused technology services. This role requires a blend of graphic design and content creation skills to enhance our marketing efforts and support our clients in all phases of their E-Commerce journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Create ad creatives for digital campaigns across various platforms.
• Edit and produce short-form videos for social media channels such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client projects and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to develop cohesive strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative strategies to enhance content effectiveness.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Own day-to-day delivery and performance for Graphic Designer & Content Creator priorities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or content creation.
• Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail in visual storytelling.
• Ability to understand and interpret creative briefs effectively.
• Basic English communication skills for collaboration and feedback.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with brands or agencies in a similar role.
• Familiarity with E-Commerce marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO principles related to visual content.
• Ability to adapt designs for various digital platforms and audiences.
