We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily agency operations, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of all digital marketing projects. This role is critical for maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
- Assign tasks to internal team members and track progress
- Maintain high standards of quality control for all deliverables
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations
- Coordinate between sales and delivery teams for smooth onboarding
✅ Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
💼 Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Proven experience in project management and client handling
🗣️ Communication & Language
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
🧩 Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
